Sarah Mozelle, MA, CHT, received her training as a Life Coach from the Coaches Training Institute in 2000 and Totally Coached in 2004. She received her Hypnotherapy certification from Halcyon Associates in 1996. In addition to her private practice, Sarah is the Lifestyle Management Coach for Dominican Hospital’s Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation and Diabetes and Weight Management programs where she works with individuals as well teaches classes. Sarah has given guest presentations to the Santa Cruz City Schools Administrators, the Northern California Women’s Network annual conference, and as part of employee wellness programs at Bay Area hospitals, companies, and privately organized retreats.

Sarah has a Master’s degree in Sociology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She has also studied at Stanford University's Forgiveness Project. Her professional background includes experience in sales and marketing management in the book publishing industry. Sarah lives in the pastoral Almaden Valley in Northern California with her husband and stepson.
